This policy explains what personal data Custom Digital Services processes when you use the app, why, and the rights you have over it.

Data we process
- Account data: your name and email address.
- Business data you enter: deals, sponsors and contacts, your media kit, reminders, and compliance records.
- Usage data: technical events about how the app is used, to operate and improve the service.
Why we process it
We process account and business data to provide the service (performance of our contract with you), and usage and security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the app.
Service providers (processors)
We share data with a small number of providers strictly to run the service:
- Resend, to send transactional emails (e.g. reminders).
- Stripe, to process subscription payments.
- Anthropic, to generate AI follow-up drafts when you use that feature; the relevant deal data is sent for that purpose only.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the application database.
International transfers
Some providers (such as Stripe and Anthropic) may process data outside the European Union. Where they do, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your organization and all its business data are permanently deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can exercise the following rights:
- Access a copy of your data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and all its data.
- Export your data in a portable JSON format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
How to exercise your rights
You can export and delete your data yourself from Settings > Privacy in the app, or contact us at the address below for any other request.
This policy describes our current processing. We will inform users of any material change.
